About

One of Judah's most faithful kings. He removed idolatry, trusted God when the Assyrian army besieged Jerusalem, and saw the angel of the Lord strike down the enemy host. When told he would die, he prayed and God added fifteen years to his life, turning back the shadow on the sundial as a sign.
