Ezekiel
About
Priest and prophet who ministered to Jewish exiles in Babylon. He received elaborate visions — a chariot of fire with four living creatures, a scroll eaten sweet as honey, the glory of God departing the Temple, and the famous valley of dry bones coming to life. He acted out his prophecies symbolically. He proclaimed both God's judgment on Israel's sin and the promise of future restoration and a new temple.
